We are a group of diverse professional skills, who are passionate about application of x-ray analytical techniques for Materials Science Characterization. Through x-ray analysis knowledge about samples are obtained which in turn may help to reduce CO2 emissions during processing.

X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) is used to identify and quantify phases (i.e. minerals, cements, soil) with a bulk sample amorphous phases can be quantified by addition of a standard.
X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) is an analytical technique used to determine the elemental composition of materials.
Our Educational Training Programs expand the research system and developing and transforming high level human capabilities. After training completion, the participants should be able to; (i) Interprete and evaluate XRD & XRF Data, (ii) Assess the advantages and limitations of the technique in their fields of application.
